With over 4,000 properties identified for Phase II inspections, the program targets high-risk septic systems. EnVision Consultants leads the delivery of this program, combining technical expertise, large scale data collection, and community engagement to deliver inspections that are thorough, while upholding the importance of public education.

Targeted risk-based inspections.

Transparent communication & educational support.
Program participants receive clear guidance on inspection findings, deficiency resolution and long-term operation and maintenance strategies. EnVision, in conjunction with Muskoka Lakes, provides support and education through direct correspondence, FAQs, public presentations, and training materials.

Paisley’s ability to blend technical rigor with community and environmental empathy has helped elevate the program’s impact.
I know Ontario’s cottage country well from growing up exploring its lakes, forests, and the animals, insects, and plants that make the area a favourite for so many. That early connection has shaped my commitment to protecting these landscapes through both my professional work and volunteer efforts. It is immensely rewarding to contribute to efforts that safeguard the places so many of us care about—for today and for the future.
